I would like to share you mine healthy lifestyle
I think people who live healthily always have one thing in common: they manage to strike a balance between work and life, between exercise and diet.

Even when you’re too busy, try to do some exercise or have some entertainment. You don’t need to go to the gym and spend 2 hours doing physical activity. Maybe just a small break from work and some stretching exercise is enough to keep you fit and healthy. Nowadays, more and more people suffer from a sedentary lifestyle so we always have to remind ourselves not to sit too much.

Diet is also very important. I know food can be very tempting but try to stick to healthy food, food that you know is hygienic and carefully prepared. Of course, once in a while, we can give ourselves a nice little treat, like the french fries I had yesterday.

Drink a lot of water too, as water accounts for 60% of the human body weight and is key to effective metabolism.

i'm trying to follow a diet to keep me healthy:

+ eat many fruits and veggies

+ don't eat too much meat

+ drink water daily

+ don't eat many snacks

I think healthy life is: We should drink water regularly, lose weight and eat healthy.
Drinking water is very good for the body because it makes up most of the cartilage in your joints, helps absorb shock, helps the movements of bones against bone happen more smoothly,... Losing weight can bring many benefits. for health such as improving blood sugar control, blood pressure,... Eating healthy is good for heart health,....

After the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, the Vietnamese sports team did not win any medals and left empty-handed, which made a sports lover like me feel down. That gives me more motivation to continue to practice better badminton. Badminton is a very popular sport in every country in the world, is a racquet sport played between 2 players (singles) or 2 pairs of athletes (doubles) on 2 halves of the court. rectangular sphere divided by a grid in the middle. The sport that I want to learn and learn more about is Soccer. What is needed for it is flexibility, mobility and a ball. I really love learning it because of the drama and surprise in each match.

I do not need to give any advertisement about this series, because it has already attracted millions of readers from all over the world. To any book lovers especially those who have interest in soothing and touching stories, “The miracle of the Namiya general store” by Higashino Keigo is the one that should not be missed.

In the future, I would like to become a teacher. A teacher helps students to read, write, and to do lots of helpful things. But, when I want to get this job, I must study hard and be trained to patiently teach a kid. Although I have to work hard to get that job, I love the job very much because I can spread my knowledge to people and help to improve the world's education.

Ha Long Bay is in Quang Ninh Province. At night, you can play interesting activies in the beach. last year, I went to Ha Long Bay,it's very fun. Ha Long Bay is Vietnam's most beauti ful natural wonder.

Hoan Kiem Lake means "Lake of the Returned Sword". The lake is the heart of Ha Noi capital. There is a legend about the name of this lake The lake is considered the center of Hanoi, not only physically but also symbolically. In fact, the more you spend time learning about the lake, the more special it becomes.

The tale goes that a King came across a shining metal bar when he visited his friend. It turned out that his friend caught the bar in one of his attempts for fish. The King asked for the bar, brought it home and moulded it into a sword. All of a sudden, there was two words printed on the sword “Thuan Thien” (harmonious with heaven). When I was a university student, I went to a village which was the living place of my best friend's grandfather's house. It was in a remote area and the natural scenery I saw there was the most beautiful natural scenery I have ever seen. It was in (...say the name of a place...) and the small river, the hill, the green fields and the blue sky made a combination that I felt something out of the world. I saw it in one autumn evening when I went to explore the surroundings of the village. That was an awe-inspiring scenery that I will never forget. I saw this scenic beauty in 2011 and it was mid-autumn season then.

My friend, I and one of my friend's cousin were present at that time and I heard from my friend that his village was a very beautiful place. I could not believe how much beautiful it was until I saw it with my own eyes.

We left for the river in the evening and I was amazed to notice the hill and the sloping road track beside it. The river was flowing gently and the vast paddy fields were all around us. I heard the chattering of the birds in the green trees and the sound was creating a harmony in my ears.

To me, this was a truly amazing feeling to witness a natural scenery that could exist only in our imagination. I have seen many rivers, hills and paddy fields but in my friend's village, they were arranged in such a way which is only possible in an artist's picture. The blue sky seemed very nearer to the horizon and the vast green all around us make me feel like visiting in a fairy land.
